Engineering Strong Foundations. Creating Welcoming Destinations.

" To become India's most trusted developer of infrastructure and hospitality spaces: places that are strong in structure, generous in welcome and built for the long term. "

We imagine spaces that combine four things:
-
Functionality
-
Sustainability
-
Technology
-
Aesthetic Excellence

Two Ways We Are Growing With Our Partners
EV Charging Hubs: As electric vehicles reach more roads, hotels, restaurants, malls, offices and fleet operators need reliable charging on site. We plan and build EV charging hubs with the same engineering care we bring to every structure: sound site planning, safe electrical design and a layout that is easy for drivers to use.

Joint-venture projects. Great sites need the right partners. We join landowners, investors and operators on joint-venture developments in hospitality, commercial and residential property, contributing engineering, design, construction and project management, with clear governance from day one.
